These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meday ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
03
Account Registration
Creating an Account
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register directly or through a third-party authentication service (Google, Apple). When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, city, interests, and account type (individual or organization).
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at service.meday@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Types
Meday offers two account types:
- Individual accounts — for private persons who wish to create free events or participate in events.
- Organization accounts — for companies and organizations that may create paid events and access additional management and analytics tools.
You may not create more than one personal account. Organization accounts must represent a legitimate entity.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
04
User Content
Your Content
The Service allows you to create, upload, submit, and share content including event listings, profile information, photos, descriptions, chat messages, and reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Meday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, subject to any technical delays related to backups and caching.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
- Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Your content is accurate and does not mislead other users.
- Your content does not contain harmful, illegal, or prohibited material as described in Section 5.

06
Events & Payments
Creating Events
Users and organizations may create events through the Service by providing event details including name, description, date, location, category, photos, gender restrictions, price, and participant limit. All events are subject to content review before publication (see Section 7). By creating an event, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that the event complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Paid Events
Organization accounts may create paid events. As an organizer of a paid event, you are responsible for:
- Delivering the event as described in the listing.
- Complying with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and refund laws in your jurisdiction.
- Clearly stating your refund and cancellation policy in the event description.
- Any applicable taxes related to ticket sales or event fees.
Platform Fees
Meday may charge a service fee for paid event transactions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you complete a transaction.
Premium Subscription
Meday offers an optional Premium subscription providing additional features including increased event participation and creation limits, profile and event card customization, and extended statistics. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
In-App Purchases
Purchases made through the Service (including Premium subscriptions and profile personalization) are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
07
Content Moderation
All event listings submitted to Meday are reviewed before publication. Our moderation process includes:
- Automated AI review — each submitted event is analyzed by an AI system that checks for prohibited or harmful content. This process typically takes up to 5 minutes.
- Manual review — events flagged by the AI system or reported by users may be additionally reviewed by our moderation team.
Possible event statuses include: Draft, Under Review, Published, Started, Finished, Stopped, and Rejected. If your event is rejected, you will be notified and may resubmit after addressing the identified issue.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
User Reports
Users may report content or other users they believe violate these Terms. We review all reports and take appropriate action at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or response times for reports.
08
Intellectual Property
The Meday name, logo, application design, interface, and all related proprietary software are owned by Meday and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
User Content remains the property of the respective users. Meday claims no ownership over content you create, except for the limited license granted in Section 4.
If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at service.meday@gmail.com with a description of the claimed infringement.
09
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:
- You have violated these Terms or our community guidelines.
- Your use of the Service creates legal risk for us or other users.
- We are required to do so by law or a legal authority.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period.
You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform Role
Meday is a platform that connects event organizers with participants. We do not organize, sponsor, endorse, or verify any events listed on the Service. We are not a party to any transaction or agreement between organizers and participants.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meday and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your attendance at any event found through the Service, or your interactions with other users.
You use the Service and attend events entirely at your own risk. Always exercise personal judgment and due diligence when interacting with other users or attending events organized by third parties.
11
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Meday is registered and operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app message, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
