Finals - need a real squad

I just spent 40 minutes in solo queue and I'm not okay. The Finals. Point Break mode. Randoms who play like it's their first day. No communication. No team play. Just pain. I main Medium/Heavy and actually want to WIN, not suffer. So - I'm looking for teammates. Who's in?
